Taj Mahal Surprised by the fact that Taj mahal is one wonder of world! Yes it is, Its beauty says it all, From all angles from where ever you take a picture from it is sensational,Built in 17th Century,This white beauty ie in 1648 By Emperor Shahjahan,It is said to be the tear of time on face of world Its beauty is unexplicable It took 22 yrs for the construction of Tajmahal,Imagine in Olden times without electricity and not big facilities,Under the hands of few Architects,One of those is mastermind behind is "Isakhan",he employed 20 thousand workers working day and night to create the wonder of the world Ancient capital of India now Capital of uttarpradesh,210km from Present capital of India and more than 300 km from Makrana ,Makrana is the place where we have marble mines in Rajasthan They built a beauty with the marble imported from Makarana ...Just imagine big bricks of Marble stone covering the distance of 300 plus km ,Night and day on Cart with wooden wheels and by means of elephants 20000 people worked day and night to create the beauty,cutting the stone on the spot and building a huge TAJMAHAL It is rightly said tear of time on the face of world because it is built for the purpose of showing immortal love between King and queen The queen "Mumtaz" was the daughter of prime minister of King Shahjahan ...Both fell in love and the immortal love was so powerful that king became the ruler of Full India where as in olden times India was having one king in one state The muslim king conquered every other king.. In otherwords his forefathers namely "Akbar the great" Give it all to his decendents King who was in love with her third wife Mumtaz,so much in love that he created wonder of world While giving birth to 14th baby,She died...But just before she asked a promise from King To create something for their immortal love which remain alive even after their death Thus King was in shock for few days the realised the promise and ordered Architecte to give something which can create history..The result Tajmahal was finished in 1648 after 22 years of workmanship King Shahjahan was later prisoned by his own son to get the Kingdom,He was kept till his death in royal palace of Red fort as a prisoner He was also buried in Tajmahal the royal tomb just besides her favourite wife "Mumtaz" Hotels in Agra- There are quite a lot of hotels in AGRA for all budgets from 5 stars to 0 stars and all hotels are located within 5 Kilometers of Tajmahal,The road is known as "Fatehabad road" in Agra...But make sure to reserve in advance Otherwise you cant even sleep on roadside...its overcrowded!! The most luxurious hotels in Agra are -Jaypee,Trident,Amar vilas,Howard park,Clarks etc..
