You can provide clients to ‘opt in’ to have deductions and particular proposals. Point a link on your site to tempt clients to ‘opt in’ to have a weekly newsletter or worth vouchers or coupon codes for rebates. 4. Add a link to your Index page with a ‘Book Mark or add to favourites button' You never know the mood of a client,this step can make repeated customers for sure. 5. You can also add ‘Recommend this site to a Friend’ therefore that the visitor can email the same ,you can also add a paragraph for new client. 6. Brand your website with a logo and get it registered so that visitors becomes friendly with them.At times this logo works even from emails you are sending and this increases trust in clients that they are dealing with something serious 7. A client has to be provided with privacy policy to make him or her understand that you will not misuse the email adresse by selling the information,this builts a good impression. 8. Generally if you have a big network a FAQ is needed so that if a client has some complaints or questions they can find it easily on your faq page with all questions and its answers 9. Never spam a customer, who gets preferred for newsletters, with unrequested e-mail. Subsequently if they think they want to ‘opt out’ of the mailings, be careful you respect their request and take them remove from the mailing list. They may however come back if they like your services..
